REFUND POLICY — ABSTERETTE
All sales are final on pre-order / first drop items, including ROMY. Because each piece is made in limited quantities, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on pre-order items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@absterette.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
